Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

1. Absolute prohibition

WeMet.club may not be used, directly or indirectly, to promote, support, facilitate, organize, advertise, or enable:

• modern slavery;
• human trafficking;
• sex trafficking or sexual exploitation;
• forced or compulsory labor;
• servitude;
• exploitation of persons;
• sexual abuse;
• coercion;
• non-consensual sexual activity;
• prostitution;
• escort services;
• sexual services in exchange for money, goods, gifts, or other benefits;
• recruitment, transfer, control, or exploitation of persons for unlawful purposes.

It is also prohibited to use WeMet.club to connect people, publish advertisements, send messages, create profiles, pages or events, or share links for the purpose of facilitating any of the activities listed above.

2. Protection of minors

WeMet.club is reserved exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old.

It is strictly prohibited to use the platform for any activity that involves, exploits, sexually depicts, or may endanger a minor.

Content in which a person appears to be or is presented as a minor in a sexual context is also prohibited.

Any suspicion involving the exploitation or involvement of minors may result in the immediate removal of the content, suspension or closure of the account and, where required by law, reporting to the competent authorities.

3. Consent

Any sexual activity or sexual content must involve only consenting adults.

No content or conduct that depicts, encourages, or facilitates forced or non-consensual sexual activity is permitted.

A person who is asleep, unconscious, heavily intoxicated, drugged, sedated, or otherwise unable to freely and knowingly express their will cannot be considered consenting.

Consent must be freely given and cannot result from force, threat, blackmail, coercion, abuse of vulnerability, or any other form of pressure.

4. Use of the platform

It is prohibited to use any WeMet.club feature for purposes related to trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

The prohibition includes, by way of example, the use of:

• profiles;
• Club pages;
• events;
• posts;
• comments;
• chat and messages;
• images and videos;
• descriptions;
• external links;
• search tools;
• any other feature available on the platform.

The prohibition applies regardless of whether the prohibited activity is actually carried out within or outside WeMet.club.

5. Moderation and prevention

All content made available on WeMet.club is subject to the platform's moderation procedures.

Moderation may include manual checks, technical systems, automated filters, security checks, anti-spam and anti-fraud tools, as well as reports submitted by users.

When content, profiles, or conduct potentially related to trafficking, exploitation, abuse, or other prohibited activities are detected, WeMet.club may take immediate action and adopt the measures deemed necessary to protect users and the platform.

6. Reports

Registered and authenticated users may report suspicious content, profiles, or conduct through the dedicated reporting functions available directly on WeMet.club.

Persons who are not registered or authenticated may submit a report through the Contact page.

A complaint may also be submitted to:

Where possible, the report should include:

• identification of the profile, content, page, message, or event concerned;
• the relevant URL or other information useful for identifying it;
• a description of the conduct or content being reported;
• any other information useful for the assessment.

If illegal or non-consensual content is reported, such content will be removed within 24 hours in accordance with the procedure set out in the Terms of Use.

7. Measures

Any use of WeMet.club contrary to this Statement may result, depending on the seriousness of the conduct, in:

• immediate removal of content;
• limitation of visibility;
• restriction of features;
• suspension of the account;
• permanent closure of the account;
• blocking of related accounts;
• retention of information necessary to handle the violation within the limits permitted by law;
• reporting to or cooperation with the competent authorities.

Repeated prohibited conduct may result in permanent account closure.

8. Cooperation with authorities

WeMet.club takes seriously any indication of possible human trafficking, sexual exploitation, modern slavery, or abuse.

Where the conditions provided for by applicable law are met, WeMet.club will cooperate with the competent authorities.

In the event of a request from a duly authorized authority, WeMet.club may provide, in the cases and within the limits provided by law, the data and information in its possession necessary for investigations, checks, or proceedings relating to the reported conduct.

The processing and any disclosure of personal data will take place in accordance with applicable law and the WeMet.club Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party links and services

Links to external sites or services may not be used to circumvent the prohibitions set out in this Statement.

Any link found to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, modern slavery, abuse, or other prohibited activities will be removed.

WeMet.club may also prevent publication of or remove links to services whose content cannot reasonably be controlled or monitored where doing so could undermine enforcement of the platform rules.

10. WeMet.club's commitment

WeMet.club assumes responsibility for the content present on its platform and maintains procedures aimed at content moderation and the handling of reports.

Celtum Web S.r.l. is committed to maintaining reasonable measures aimed at preventing WeMet.club from being used to promote or facilitate modern slavery, human trafficking, sex trafficking, exploitation, or abuse.

This Statement may be updated where necessary to adapt platform procedures, improve user protection, or reflect new legal provisions or applicable requirements.
