WeMet.club Terms of Use

Last updated: 09/05/2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WeMet.club website, platform, services, features, profiles, content, communication tools, PASS subscriptions and any other service connected to WeMet.club.

By using WeMet.club, registering an account, publishing content, purchasing or renewing a PASS subscription, creating or managing a Club page, publishing events or accessing any area of the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Community Rules.

If the user does not accept these Terms of Use, they must not register, access or use WeMet.club.

1. Platform owner

WeMet.club is operated by:

Weadom Ltd
223 Regent Street
W1B 2QD London
United Kingdom
Company Number: 08197293
Email: privacy@weadom.com

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “WeMet.club”, “the platform”, “the website”, “we” or “the owner” refer to the service operated by Weadom Ltd.

2. Nature of the service

WeMet.club is an online community reserved exclusively for adults, designed for couples, singles, clubs, venues, event organizers and open-minded people who wish to meet, communicate, socialize and take part in a reserved and discreet community.

WeMet.club is not an escort service, is not a prostitution platform, is not an intermediary for paid sexual services and does not guarantee real-life meetings between users.

The platform provides digital tools, including, by way of example:

  • personal, couple, club or other permitted profile types;
  • publication of photos, content, posts, events or information;
  • search and interaction tools;
  • messaging or chat, where available;
  • follow systems, preferences, feedback or reporting tools;
  • profile verification, where available;
  • additional features through PASS subscription;
  • Club pages and publication of events promoted by Clubs;
  • support and assistance tools.

WeMet.club does not pre-screen every interaction between users and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, availability, fairness or behavior of other community members.

3. Age requirements and prohibition of access by minors

WeMet.club is reserved exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.

By registering or using the platform, the user declares and guarantees:

  • that they are at least 18 years old;
  • that they have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use;
  • that they are not subject to legal prohibitions preventing use of the service;
  • that they use the platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

Access, registration and use of WeMet.club by minors are strictly prohibited.

If WeMet.club becomes aware or has reasonable suspicion that an account is being used by a minor, it may immediately suspend or delete the account, remove content and take any measure deemed appropriate, including reporting to the competent authorities where required by law.

4. Acceptance of the Terms and related documents

These Terms of Use must be read together with the following documents:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Community Rules;
  • any specific terms relating to PASS subscriptions, payments, refunds, promotions, events, Club pages or particular features.

The Community Rules form an integral part of these Terms of Use. Violation of the Community Rules may result in limitations, suspension or closure of the account.

In the event of conflict between these Terms of Use and specific terms relating to a paid service, the specific terms shall prevail only in relation to that service.

5. Account registration

To use certain features of WeMet.club, it may be necessary to create an account.

The user undertakes to provide correct, updated, truthful and non-misleading information.

It is not permitted to:

  • create fake accounts;
  • use someone else’s identity;
  • register with untruthful data;
  • use email addresses that are not their own or not authorized;
  • create multiple accounts to bypass blocks, suspensions, limits or Staff measures;
  • assign, sell, transfer or share the account with third parties without authorization;
  • use the account for unlawful, unauthorized commercial, harassing or community-incompatible purposes.

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through their account.

In case of unauthorized access, credential theft or suspicious account use, the user must promptly inform WeMet.club.

6. Profile types, account statuses and badges

WeMet.club may provide different profile types, account statuses and badges visible within the platform.

The main categories are:

  • Basic Profile: the standard profile assigned to any user after account activation, according to the free features provided by the platform;
  • Verified Profile: the profile of a user who has successfully completed the verification procedure provided by WeMet.club and may be marked with a dedicated badge;
  • PASS Profile: the profile of a user who has activated a recurring PASS subscription and may be marked with a dedicated badge;
  • Club Profile: reserved for owners, managers or authorized subjects managing a Club page. Through the dedicated interface, the Club profile allows configuration of the club page and publication of events promoted by the Club, within the limits of the available features.

Different qualifications may coexist. By way of example, a profile may be both PASS and Verified, or a Club profile may have specific features or badges provided by the platform.

The presence of a Verified, PASS or Club badge does not constitute an absolute guarantee of identity, reliability, future conduct, availability or correctness of the profile. Badges only indicate completion of a specific procedure or activation of a specific function or qualification provided by WeMet.club.

Each profile must correctly represent the subject using it. For couple profiles, both members must be aware of the existence of the profile and must have authorized its creation and use.

It is not permitted to use a couple profile to habitually present oneself as a single person, nor to use images or information of the partner without consent.

Club profiles, Club pages and events promoted by Clubs must contain truthful, updated and non-misleading information. WeMet.club may request additional checks, limit visibility or remove profiles, pages or events that are false, unauthorized or contrary to the platform rules.

7. Profile verification

WeMet.club may offer profile verification tools to increase trust and safety within the community.

Verification does not constitute legal certification of the user’s identity, does not guarantee the future behavior of the profile and does not grant any special right or disciplinary immunity.

WeMet.club may:

  • reject a verification request;
  • request additional information;
  • remove verified status and the related badge;
  • suspend or close a verified account in case of rule violations.

Any verified profile badge exclusively indicates that, according to the platform’s internal procedures, the profile has completed a specific verification procedure.

8. PASS subscription

WeMet.club may offer additional features through a recurring subscription called “PASS”.

The PASS may allow access to premium features, greater visibility, additional tools or other options indicated on the purchase page or in the description of the selected plan.

The duration of the PASS is established by the plan chosen by the user at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise indicated, the PASS renews automatically at the end of the subscription period for a further period of equal duration or according to the conditions indicated in the selected plan.

The user authorizes recurring PASS charges according to the price, duration, frequency and conditions indicated at the time of purchase, until automatic renewal is disabled or the service ends according to these Terms.

The features included in the PASS may vary over time according to the technical, commercial or organizational evolution of the platform.

Purchasing a PASS does not grant the user any guarantee of success, meeting, response, permanent visibility, increased interactions or specific results.

The user with PASS is subject to the same rules as other users. In case of violation of these Terms of Use or the Community Rules, even an account with PASS may be limited, suspended or closed.

Suspension or closure of the account for violation of the rules does not entitle the user to a refund, except as mandatorily provided by applicable law.

9. Payments

Payments relating to the PASS or other paid services are handled through an external payment processor indicated during the purchase procedure.

The user must provide correct, valid and authorized payment data.

WeMet.club does not store full payment card details, except for any minimum data necessary for administrative, accounting, anti-fraud, tax or support management, such as transaction identifiers, amounts, dates, payment status, purchased service, activated PASS plan and data necessary for renewal management.

The payment processor may apply its own terms, privacy notices, anti-fraud procedures and security checks.

In case of unauthorized payment, chargeback, abusive dispute, fraud or misuse of payment tools, WeMet.club may suspend the account, revoke activated services, block further purchases and protect its rights in the appropriate venues.

10. Renewals, duration and PASS deactivation

The duration of the PASS, price, renewal frequency, payment methods and included features are indicated on the purchase page, in the plan description or in communications relating to the service.

The PASS is a recurring subscription. If automatic renewal is active, the subscription renews at the end of the period provided by the selected plan, with charge through the payment method associated with the account or the payment processor.

The user may disable automatic renewal by following the instructions on the platform, on the dedicated PASS management page or by contacting support, where provided.

Disabling automatic renewal prevents future renewals but does not automatically entail a refund of the already paid period, except as provided by applicable law, these Terms or the refund procedure available on the platform.

After renewal is disabled, the user may continue to use PASS features until the expiry of the already paid period, unless the account is suspended, closed or the rules are violated.

11. Right of withdrawal and refund requests

If the user acts as a consumer, they may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, in the cases and within the limits provided by the Consumer Code and applicable law.

For the PASS and paid services of WeMet.club, withdrawal or refund requests must be submitted through the procedure available at https://www.wemet.club/refund or through any other channels indicated by the platform.

The request must be submitted, pursuant to the Consumer Code and within the limits provided by applicable law, within 14 days from activation of the PASS or purchased service, or within 14 days from the automatic renewal of the subscription.

The refund request must contain the information necessary to identify the account, payment, purchased or renewed plan and reason for the request.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal or refund may be excluded, limited or proportionate when service execution has started with the user’s consent, when the service has already been used or when the conditions provided by applicable law apply.

When purchasing a PASS or digital service, WeMet.club may require the user to expressly confirm immediate activation of the service, immediate access to the purchased digital features and awareness that, in the cases provided by law, this may result in the loss or limitation of the right of withdrawal.

Any mandatory consumer rights recognized by applicable law remain unaffected.

12. User-published content

The user is solely responsible for the content they publish, upload, send, share or make available through WeMet.club.

“Content” includes, by way of example:

  • photos;
  • profile images;
  • covers;
  • videos, where available;
  • profile texts;
  • posts;
  • comments;
  • listings;
  • Club pages;
  • events;
  • messages;
  • feedback;
  • reviews;
  • links;
  • any other material uploaded or communicated through the platform.

By publishing content, the user declares and guarantees:

  • that they hold the necessary rights;
  • that they have obtained consent from any persons depicted;
  • that the content does not violate third-party rights;
  • that the content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, violent or contrary to the Community Rules;
  • that the content does not involve minors and does not represent non-consensual situations;
  • that the content does not violate privacy, image rights, reputation, intellectual property or other third-party rights.

WeMet.club may remove or limit any content it considers contrary to these Terms, the Community Rules, the law or platform safety.

13. License on user content

The user retains ownership of the rights to the content they publish on WeMet.club.

By publishing, uploading or sharing content on the platform, the user grants WeMet.club a non-exclusive, free, transferable license within the technical and organizational limits necessary, valid worldwide, to use, host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, display, distribute and make available such content exclusively to:

  • provide the service;
  • show the profile and content to other users according to the platform settings;
  • manage technical features, previews, feeds, notifications and internal search;
  • moderate and protect the community;
  • internally promote content, profiles, Club pages or events where provided by the platform features and user settings;
  • comply with legal obligations or protect the rights of the platform.

The license ends when the content is deleted by the user or the account is closed, unless retention is necessary for technical backups, legal obligations, security, disputes, reports, abuse prevention or protection of the rights of WeMet.club, users or third parties.

WeMet.club does not acquire ownership of user content.

14. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to publish, upload, send or share content:

  • involving or appearing to involve minors;
  • representing non-consensual activities;
  • obtained, disseminated or published without the consent of the persons depicted;
  • containing violence, threats, blackmail, humiliation or intimidation;
  • racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, discriminatory or hateful;
  • defamatory, offensive or harmful to another person’s reputation;
  • violating privacy, image rights or personal data of third parties;
  • promoting prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services or unauthorized commodification;
  • promoting illegal activities;
  • containing spam, scams, phishing, malware or dangerous links;
  • violating copyright, trademarks, image rights or other third-party rights;
  • contrary to the Community Rules.

It is also prohibited to use as a profile picture or cover image photographs consisting exclusively or mainly of genitals or explicit close-ups of reproductive organs, as provided by the Community Rules.

Sensual, erotic, artistic or nude images are permitted, provided they are not unlawful, violent, degrading, non-consensual or contrary to the platform rules.

15. Prohibited behavior

The user undertakes not to use WeMet.club to:

  • harass, threaten, insult or persecute other users;
  • send repeated, intrusive or unwanted messages;
  • bypass blocks, reports, suspensions or limitations;
  • create unauthorized multiple accounts;
  • collect data, photos or information of other users without authorization;
  • publish screenshots, private chats or content received privately;
  • perform scraping, crawling, data mining or automated extraction of data;
  • use bots, scripts, automation or artificial interaction tools;
  • send spam, unauthorized advertising or hidden promotions;
  • propose meetings, services or content in exchange for money, gifts or unauthorized economic benefits;
  • promote external services, clubs, events, social channels, groups or platforms without authorization;
  • violate security systems, attempt unauthorized access or compromise platform operation;
  • upload viruses, malware, harmful code or technically dangerous content;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to common sense, safety and the spirit of the community.

16. Rules on meetings, events and relationships between users

WeMet.club is a digital space for getting to know and interacting with others, but it does not organize or guarantee private meetings between users, except for any official events expressly indicated as such.

Users are fully responsible for their own choices, communications, meetings, behavior and decisions outside the platform.

WeMet.club invites all users to use caution, common sense and attention before meeting people known online.

The platform is not responsible for:

  • behavior of users outside the website;
  • privately organized meetings;
  • personal agreements between users;
  • no-shows, refusals, misunderstandings or untruthful statements;
  • damages, disputes or consequences arising from interactions outside the platform.

If behavior started on WeMet.club continues outside the platform in a harassing, threatening, fraudulent or dangerous manner, the user may file a report to the Staff, who may evaluate possible measures on the account involved.

17. Club profiles, Club pages, events and professional subjects

Club profiles are reserved for owners, managers or authorized subjects managing pages referring to clubs, venues, events, facilities or realities compatible with the nature of WeMet.club.

Through the dedicated interface, Club profiles may configure their club page and publish events promoted by the Club, within the limits of available features and platform rules.

Owners or managers of Club profiles are responsible for the correctness, truthfulness and lawfulness of the published information, including, by way of example:

  • name, description, location, images and data of the Club page;
  • any dates, times, programs, participation conditions and event descriptions;
  • any prices, costs, access requirements or limitations, if indicated;
  • compliance with applicable regulations, authorizations, licenses and permits that may be required;
  • participant safety and event management;
  • relationships with users who contact the Club or participate in events.

WeMet.club is not responsible for events, evenings, clubs, venues or activities organized by third parties, unless they are expressly indicated as official events organized directly by WeMet.club.

WeMet.club may remove events, pages, content or promotions that are false, misleading, unauthorized, illegal or contrary to the spirit of the community.

18. Feedback, reviews and reputation

WeMet.club may provide feedback, review, rating or reputation tools.

The user undertakes to use such tools honestly, appropriately and respectfully.

It is prohibited to use feedback or reviews to:

  • defame;
  • take revenge;
  • threaten;
  • obtain advantages;
  • advertise;
  • leave external contacts;
  • manipulate the reputation of a profile;
  • artificially alter ratings through multiple accounts or agreements with other users.

WeMet.club may remove, limit or moderate feedback considered false, abusive, irrelevant, offensive or contrary to the rules.

19. Reports and user cooperation

WeMet.club provides tools to report profiles, pages, posts, comments and other content or behavior considered contrary to the platform rules or the law.

Reports must be made in good faith, through the features available on the platform or through the support channels indicated by WeMet.club.

It is prohibited to use the reporting tool to:

  • defame;
  • harass;
  • unfairly harm other users, pages or Clubs;
  • obtain personal advantages;
  • pressure the Staff;
  • create false, repetitive or instrumental reports.

WeMet.club will evaluate reports according to its internal procedures and may adopt measures proportionate to the seriousness of the violation.

When a report concerns potentially unlawful content, the user must provide, where possible, sufficient information to identify the reported content, the location of the content on the platform and the reasons for the report.

20. Content moderation

WeMet.club may moderate content, profiles, pages, posts, comments, messages, images, events and interactions in order to:

  • ensure compliance with these Terms of Use;
  • apply the Community Rules;
  • prevent abuse, spam, scams and unlawful behavior;
  • protect users;
  • safeguard the safety and integrity of the platform;
  • comply with legal obligations.

Moderation may be carried out through manual checks, user reports, technical tools, automatic filters, anti-spam systems, security checks or other internal procedures.

Moderation decisions may result in:

  • removal of content;
  • hiding or limitation of visibility;
  • request for modification;
  • warning to the user;
  • temporary limitation of features;
  • account suspension;
  • removal of verification or related badge;
  • revocation or limitation of PASS features in the cases provided;
  • limitation, suspension or removal of a Club page or event;
  • permanent account closure;
  • blocking of linked accounts;
  • reporting to the competent authorities.

WeMet.club undertakes to apply its rules in a reasonable, proportionate manner consistent with community safety.

21. Suspension, limitation and closure of the account

WeMet.club may suspend, limit or close an account, even without notice, when:

  • the user violates these Terms of Use;
  • the user violates the Community Rules;
  • the account appears fake, misleading or unauthorized;

  • the law, an authority or a protective need requires it.

Suspension may be temporary or permanent, total or limited to certain features.

In case of serious violations, WeMet.club may permanently close the account and prevent new registrations attributable to the same user.

22. Voluntary suspension and account deletion

The user may request suspension or deletion of their account according to the features available on the platform or by contacting support.

Voluntary suspension allows, where provided, the profile and associated content to be temporarily hidden, with the possibility of reactivation according to the platform procedures.

Account deletion entails access deactivation and removal or anonymization of data according to the Privacy Policy, except for data that must be retained for legal, tax, security, abuse prevention, dispute or rights protection purposes.

Account deletion does not automatically entail a refund of digital services already used, activated or renewed, except as mandatorily provided by law and the applicable refund procedure.

23. Intellectual property of WeMet.club

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, texts, interfaces, software, code, databases, layouts, visual elements, features and materials belonging to WeMet.club are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, decompile, extract, reuse or exploit any part of the platform without written authorization from WeMet.club.

Use of the platform does not grant the user any ownership right over trademarks, software, databases, interfaces or content belonging to WeMet.club.

24. Privacy and personal data protection

The processing of users’ personal data is governed by the WeMet.club Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, the user acknowledges that some data or content voluntarily entered may reveal particularly delicate information relating to the personal, intimate or sexual sphere.

The user is responsible for the information they decide to publish or share.

WeMet.club invites users not to publish personal data, images or information that they do not wish to make visible to other users or that could compromise their confidentiality.

25. Cookies and tracking tools

The use of cookies and similar tools is governed by the WeMet.club Cookie Policy.

Promotional communications or newsletters will be sent according to the Privacy Policy and only when the requirements imposed by applicable law are met.

27. Service availability

WeMet.club undertakes to keep the platform available and functional, but does not guarantee that the service will always be accessible, error-free, uninterrupted, free from slowdowns or malfunctions.

The platform may be suspended, interrupted or limited for:

  • technical maintenance;
  • updates;
  • security issues;
  • failures;
  • server interventions;
  • force majeure;
  • cyberattacks;
  • interventions required by authorities;
  • organizational or commercial needs.

WeMet.club is not responsible for any losses, damages or service disruptions arising from temporary interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and within the mandatory limits provided by law.

28. Changes to the platform

WeMet.club may modify, update, replace, limit or remove platform features at any time, including for technical, commercial, legal, security or service improvement reasons.

Changes may also concern free features or features included in the PASS, provided that the mandatory rights of the consumer user are not compromised.

In case of substantial changes to already purchased paid services, WeMet.club will take reasonable measures to inform the affected users.

29. Third-party services and links

WeMet.club may contain links, integrations or references to third-party services, such as payment processors, anti-spam tools, analytics services, social networks, external websites, clubs, events or other operators.

WeMet.club does not control and is not responsible for content, terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, security or behavior of third-party websites and services.

The user accesses external services under their own responsibility.

30. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WeMet.club is not responsible for:

  • content published by users;
  • false or inaccurate statements by users;
  • online or offline behavior of users;
  • meetings, events or relationships organized privately;

  • unauthorized access due to user negligence;
  • technical disruptions, interruptions or malfunctions not attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence;
  • third-party content, services or activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the liability of WeMet.club where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

31. Indemnity

The user undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless WeMet.club, Weadom Ltd, its directors, collaborators, suppliers and appointees from any claim, damage, loss, cost, liability, penalty or expense arising from:

  • unlawful use of the platform;
  • violation of these Terms of Use;

  • violation of third-party rights;
  • misuse of photos, data, images or information of others;
  • behavior toward other users;
  • disputes, claims or proceedings caused by the user’s conduct.

This clause applies within the limits permitted by applicable law.

32. Complaints, assistance, reports and unlawful content

For assistance requests, complaints relating to the service or account-related matters, the user may use the tools available on the platform or contact WeMet.club through the channels indicated on the support pages.

To report profiles, pages, posts, comments or content deemed contrary to the rules or potentially unlawful, the user may use the specific reporting functions available on the platform.

Reports relating to unlawful content, violations of the Rules or dangerous behavior must contain, where possible, sufficient information to identify the content, profile, page, post, comment or behavior reported.

WeMet.club may request additional information to properly assess the report or complaint.

For privacy-related matters, the reference address is: privacy@weadom.com.

33. Changes to the Terms of Use

WeMet.club may modify these Terms of Use to adapt them to regulatory, technical, commercial, organizational changes or changes relating to the services offered.

In case of significant changes, WeMet.club may inform users through a notice on the platform, email or other reasonable method.

Continued use of the platform after publication of the changes entails acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the user does not accept the changes, they must stop using the platform and, if they wish, request account closure.

34. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of England and Wales, as the law of the place where Weadom Ltd is based, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules in the user’s country of residence or domicile.

For consumer users, the mandatory competent court provided by applicable law remains unaffected, including, where applicable, that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.

For users acting for professional, commercial or business purposes, including owners, managers or authorized subjects managing Club profiles, Club pages or events, any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place where Weadom Ltd is based, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

WeMet.club retains the right to act before the competent authorities of the place where a violation, abuse, unlawful act or damage occurred, when permitted by applicable law.

35. Final clauses

The possible invalidity or ineffectiveness of one clause of these Terms of Use does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

Failure by WeMet.club to exercise a right provided by these Terms does not constitute waiver of that right.

The user may not assign or transfer their account or rights arising from these Terms without written authorization from WeMet.club.

WeMet.club may transfer, assign or reorganize the service, website, platform or contractual relationships as part of corporate, technical, commercial or organizational operations, in compliance with applicable law.
