Terms of Use of WeMet.club

Last updated: 13/08/2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WeMet.club website, the platform, services, features, profiles, content, communication tools, PASS subscriptions, and any other service connected with WeMet.club.

By using WeMet.club, registering an account, publishing content, purchasing or renewing a PASS subscription, creating or managing a Club page, publishing events, or accessing any area of the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Community Rules.

If the user does not accept these Terms of Use, they must not register, access, or use WeMet.club.

1. Platform operator

WeMet.club is operated by:

Celtum Web S.r.l.
Via Bernardo Quaranta 45
20141 Milan (MI)
Italy
VAT number: 14850840969
Email: info@celtumweb.com

All company details and further information relating to Celtum Web S.r.l. are also available on the Company Information page.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “WeMet.club”, “the platform”, “the website”, “we”, “us”, or “the operator” mean the service operated by Celtum Web S.r.l.

2. Nature of the service

WeMet.club is an online community reserved exclusively for adults, designed for couples, singles, clubs, venues, event organizers, and open-minded people who wish to meet, communicate, socialize, and participate in a private and discreet community.

WeMet.club is not an escort service, is not a prostitution platform, is not an intermediary for paid sexual services, and does not guarantee real-life meetings between users.

The platform provides digital tools including, by way of example:

  • personal, couple, Club, or other permitted profile types;
  • publication of photos, content, posts, events, or information;
  • search and interaction tools;
  • messaging or chat, where available;
  • follow, preference, feedback, or reporting systems;
  • profile verification, where available;
  • additional features through a PASS subscription;
  • Club pages and publication of events promoted by Clubs;
  • support and assistance tools.

Private communications and real-time interactions between users are not subject to the prior approval procedure provided for content intended for public publication, but remain subject to WeMet.club's security, monitoring, reporting, and moderation procedures described in these Terms of Use.

WeMet.club does not guarantee the identity, intentions, availability, accuracy, or conduct of other members of the community.

3. Age requirements and prohibition of access by minors

WeMet.club is reserved exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.

By registering or using the platform, the user represents and warrants:

  • that they are at least 18 years old;
  • that they have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use;
  • that they are not subject to legal restrictions preventing use of the service;
  • that they use the platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

Access to, registration with, and use of WeMet.club by minors are strictly prohibited.

If WeMet.club becomes aware, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that an account is being used by a minor, it may immediately suspend or delete the account, remove content, and take any measure deemed appropriate, including reporting to the competent authorities where required by law.

4. Acceptance of the Terms and related documents

These Terms of Use must be read together with the following documents:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Community Rules;
  • Prohibited Content Policy;
  • Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement;
  • any specific terms relating to PASS subscriptions, payments, refunds, promotions, events, Club pages, or particular features.

The Community Rules, the Prohibited Content Policy, and the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement are complementary documents and form an integral part of these Terms of Use. Violation of them may result in removal of content, restrictions on features, suspension, or closure of the account.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Use and specific terms relating to a paid service, the specific terms prevail only with respect to that service.

5. Account registration

To use certain WeMet.club features, it may be necessary to create an account.

The user undertakes to provide accurate, current, truthful, and non-misleading information.

It is not permitted to:

  • create fake accounts;
  • use another person's identity;
  • register using false information;
  • use email addresses that do not belong to the user or are not authorized;
  • create multiple accounts to circumvent blocks, suspensions, limits, or measures imposed by Staff;
  • assign, sell, transfer, or share the account with third parties without authorization;
  • use the account for unlawful, unauthorized commercial, harassing, or community-incompatible purposes.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.

In the event of unauthorized access, theft of credentials, or suspicious use of the account, the user must promptly inform WeMet.club.

6. Profile types, account statuses, and badges

WeMet.club may provide different profile types, account statuses, and badges visible within the platform.

The main categories are:

  • Basic Profile: the standard profile assigned to any user after account activation, according to the free features provided by the platform;
  • Verified Profile: the profile of a user who has successfully completed the verification procedure provided by WeMet.club and may be identified by a dedicated badge;
  • PASS Profile: the profile of a user who has activated a recurring PASS subscription and may be identified by a dedicated badge;
  • Club Profile: reserved for owners, managers, or persons authorized to manage a Club page. Through the dedicated interface, a Club Profile can configure the Club page and publish events promoted by the Club, within the limits of the available features.

Different statuses may coexist. For example, a profile may be both PASS and Verified, or a Club Profile may have specific features or badges provided by the platform.

The presence of a Verified, PASS, or Club badge does not constitute an absolute guarantee of identity, reliability, future conduct, availability, or accuracy of the profile. Badges indicate only completion of a specific procedure or activation of a specific feature or status provided by WeMet.club.

Each profile must accurately represent the person or entity using it. For couple profiles, both members must be aware of the existence of the profile and have authorized its creation and use.

A couple profile may not be habitually used to present oneself as a single person, nor may images or information concerning the partner be used without consent.

Club Profiles, Club pages, and events promoted by Clubs must contain truthful, up-to-date, and non-misleading information. WeMet.club may request additional verification, limit visibility, or remove profiles, pages, or events that are false, unauthorized, or contrary to the platform rules.

7. Profile verification

WeMet.club may provide profile verification tools to increase trust and safety within the community.

Verification does not constitute legal certification of the user's identity, does not guarantee future conduct of the profile, and does not confer any special right or disciplinary immunity.

WeMet.club may:

  • reject a verification request;
  • request additional information;
  • remove verified status and the related badge;
  • suspend or close a verified account in the event of a rule violation.

Any verified profile badge indicates only that, according to the platform's internal procedures, the profile has completed a specific verification procedure.

8. PASS subscription

WeMet.club may offer additional features through a recurring subscription called “PASS”.

The PASS may provide access to premium features, greater visibility, additional tools, or other options shown on the purchase page or in the description of the selected plan.

The personal PASS plans currently available, with the amount and duration of each subscription period, are:

  • Bronze — Euro 5.99 — duration 30 days; renewal, if active, every 30 days.
  • Silver — Euro 15.99 — duration 90 days; renewal, if active, every 90 days.
  • Gold — Euro 29.99 — duration 180 days; renewal, if active, every 180 days.

The applicable prices and durations are also shown on the /go-pro page before purchase. One subscription month corresponds to 30 days, three months to 90 days, and six months to 180 days.

No free trial periods are currently provided. Any introductory or promotional offers, if made available, will be expressly indicated before purchase, specifying their duration, applicable price, and the conditions of any subsequent renewal.

The duration of the PASS is determined by the plan selected by the user at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the PASS automatically renews at the end of the subscription period for a further period of equal duration or according to the conditions indicated for the selected plan.

The user authorizes recurring charges for the PASS according to the price, duration, frequency, and conditions indicated at the time of purchase, until automatic renewal is disabled or the service is terminated in accordance with these Terms.

The features included in the PASS may change over time based on the technical, commercial, or organizational development of the platform.

Purchasing a PASS does not provide any guarantee of success, a meeting, a reply, permanent visibility, increased interactions, or specific results.

A PASS user is subject to the same rules as other users. In the event of a violation of these Terms of Use or the Community Rules, a PASS account may also be restricted, suspended, or closed.

Suspension or closure of an account for violation of the rules does not entitle the user to a refund, except where mandatorily required by applicable law.

9. Payments

Payments relating to the PASS or other paid services are processed through an external payment processor identified during the purchase procedure.

The user must provide accurate, valid, and authorized payment information.

WeMet.club does not retain full payment card details, except for any minimum data necessary for administrative, accounting, anti-fraud, tax, or support purposes, such as transaction identifiers, amounts, dates, payment status, purchased service, activated PASS plan, and data necessary to manage renewals.

The payment processor may apply its own terms, privacy notices, anti-fraud procedures, and security checks.

In the event of an unauthorized payment, chargeback, abusive dispute, fraud, or improper use of payment methods, WeMet.club may suspend the account, revoke activated services, block further purchases, and protect its rights through the appropriate channels.

10. Renewals, duration, and deactivation of the PASS

The duration of the PASS, price, renewal frequency, payment methods, and included features are stated in these Terms and on the purchase page. The amount for the selected plan is charged at the time of purchase and, if automatic renewal remains active, again at the end of each 30-, 90-, or 180-day period, depending on the selected plan.

The PASS is a recurring subscription. If automatic renewal is active, the subscription renews at the end of the period provided for by the selected plan, with a charge made using the payment method associated with the account or payment processor.

The user may disable automatic renewal by following the instructions available on the platform, on the dedicated PASS management page, or by contacting support where provided.

Disabling automatic renewal prevents future renewals but does not automatically result in a refund of the period already paid for, except as provided by applicable law, these Terms, or the refund procedure available on the platform.

After disabling renewal, the user may continue to use PASS features until the end of the already-paid period, unless the account is suspended or closed or the rules are violated.

11. Right of withdrawal and refund requests

If the user acts as a consumer, they may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, in the cases and within the limits provided by the Italian Consumer Code and applicable law.

For the PASS and paid WeMet.club services, a withdrawal or refund request must be submitted through the procedures available respectively at https://www.wemet.club/go-pro (cancellation and withdrawal) and https://www.wemet.club/terms/refund (refund request), or through any other channels indicated by the platform.

The request must be submitted, pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code and within the limits provided by applicable law, within 14 days of activation of the PASS or purchased service, or within 14 days of automatic renewal of the subscription.

The refund request must contain the information necessary to identify the account, payment, purchased or renewed plan, and the reason for the request.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal or refund may be excluded, limited, or proportionally reduced where performance of the service has begun with the user's consent, where the service has already been used, or where the conditions provided by applicable law are met.

When purchasing a PASS or digital service, WeMet.club may require the user to expressly confirm immediate activation of the service, immediate access to the purchased digital features, and acknowledgement that, where provided by law, this may result in the loss or limitation of the right of withdrawal.

Any mandatory consumer rights recognized by applicable law remain unaffected.

12. Content published by users

WeMet.club assumes responsibility for content made available on the platform in connection with operation of the service and the moderation procedures provided for by these Terms. A user who publishes, uploads, sends, shares, or otherwise makes content available through WeMet.club must nevertheless comply with these Terms, the Community Rules, applicable law, and the rights of other persons.

For the purposes of these Terms, “content” includes, by way of example:

  • photos;
  • profile images;
  • cover images;
  • videos, where available;
  • profile text;
  • posts;
  • comments;
  • advertisements;
  • Club pages;
  • events;
  • messages;
  • feedback;
  • reviews;
  • links;
  • any other material uploaded or communicated through the platform.

By publishing content, the user represents and warrants:

  • that they hold the necessary rights;
  • that they have obtained the consent of any persons depicted;
  • that the content does not infringe third-party rights;
  • that the content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, violent, or contrary to the Community Rules;
  • that the content does not involve minors and does not depict non-consensual situations;
  • that the content does not infringe privacy, image rights, reputation, intellectual property, or other third-party rights.

WeMet.club may remove or restrict any content it considers contrary to these Terms, the Community Rules, the law, or the security of the platform.

13. License to user content

The user retains ownership of the rights to the content they publish on WeMet.club.

By publishing, uploading, or sharing content on the platform, the user grants WeMet.club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, transferable within the technical and organizational limits necessary, valid worldwide, to use, host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, display, distribute, and make such content available solely for the purpose of:

  • providing the service;
  • displaying the profile and content to other users according to the platform settings;
  • managing technical features, previews, feeds, notifications, and internal search;
  • moderating and protecting the community;
  • internally promoting content, profiles, Club pages, or events where provided by platform features and user settings;
  • complying with legal obligations or protecting the rights of the platform.

The license ends when the content is deleted by the user or the account is closed, unless retention is necessary for technical backups, legal obligations, security, disputes, reports, abuse prevention, or protection of the rights of WeMet.club, users, or third parties.

WeMet.club does not acquire ownership of the user's content.

14. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to publish, upload, send, share, or make available through WeMet.club any content contrary to the law, these Terms, the Community Rules, or the Prohibited Content Policy.

In particular, and by way of example without limitation, prohibited content includes content:

  • involving persons under 18 years of age or persons who appear or may reasonably appear to be minors;
  • that depicts, describes, promotes, or suggests forced or non-consensual sexual activity. A person who is asleep, unconscious, passed out, drugged, under the influence of substances, hypnotized, drunk, or otherwise unable to give free and informed consent cannot be considered consenting;
  • obtained, distributed, or published without the consent of the persons depicted;
  • visual content in which persons appear in the background, even at a distance, without having authorized use of their likeness. Simply blurring or altering the image of such persons is not a sufficient alternative to consent;
  • that depicts or describes sexual acts with animals, pets, or non-human creatures, including fictional, mythological, or extraterrestrial creatures;
  • that depicts or promotes hate crimes, violence, extreme sexual violence, pain, injuries, mutilation of persons or body parts, threats, blackmail, humiliation, or intimidation;
  • that depicts or mentions blood, including menstrual blood or menstruation, or scatological material;
  • that shows or includes alcoholic beverages, products that may reasonably appear to be alcoholic beverages, or illegal substances;
  • that is racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, discriminatory, or hateful;
  • that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful to another person's reputation;
  • that infringes privacy, image rights, personal data, copyright, trademarks, intellectual property, or other third-party rights;
  • that promotes prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or other illegal activities;
  • that contains spam, scams, phishing, malware, or dangerous links;
  • that is otherwise contrary to the Community Rules or platform safety standards.

If the term “teen” is used on the website in relation to persons depicted in adult content, it must be clearly and visibly stated that those persons are 18 or 19 years old. The term may not be used in a manner that depicts, suggests, or makes a person depicted appear to be a minor.

It is also prohibited to use as a profile or cover image photographs consisting exclusively or primarily of genitals or explicit close-ups of reproductive organs, as provided by the Community Rules.

Sensual, erotic, artistic, or nude images are permitted only where they comply with the law, the consent of the persons involved, these Terms, the Community Rules, and the Prohibited Content Policy.

The complete and detailed list of categories of prohibited content, including examples and additional restrictions, is available on the Prohibited Content page. That policy is complementary to and forms an integral part of these Terms of Use and must be complied with by all users.

15. Prohibited conduct

The user agrees not to use WeMet.club to:

  • harass, threaten, insult, or stalk other users;
  • send repeated, intrusive, or unwanted messages;
  • circumvent blocks, reports, suspensions, or restrictions;
  • create unauthorized multiple accounts;
  • collect data, photos, or information about other users without authorization;
  • publish screenshots, private chats, or content received privately;
  • perform scraping, crawling, data mining, or automated extraction of data;
  • use bots, scripts, automations, or artificial interaction tools;
  • send spam, unauthorized advertising, or hidden promotions;
  • offer meetings, services, or content in exchange for money, gifts, or unauthorized economic benefits;
  • promote external services, clubs, events, social channels, groups, or platforms without authorization;
  • violate security systems, attempt unauthorized access, or compromise operation of the platform;
  • upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or technically dangerous content;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to common sense, safety, and the spirit of the community;
  • use WeMet.club in any manner that promotes, facilitates, supports, or enables human trafficking, sexual exploitation, sex trafficking, modern slavery, forced labor, or any form of abuse.

WeMet.club has adopted a specific Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement, complementary to and forming an integral part of these Terms of Use, governing the prohibition on using the platform to promote or facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, modern slavery, or abuse.

16. Rules on meetings, events, and relationships between users

WeMet.club is a digital space for meeting and interaction, but it does not organize or guarantee private meetings between users, except for any official events expressly identified as such.

Users are fully responsible for their own choices, communications, meetings, conduct, and decisions outside the platform.

WeMet.club encourages all users to exercise caution, common sense, and care before meeting people they have met online.

The platform is not responsible for:

  • conduct by users outside the website;
  • privately organized meetings;
  • personal arrangements between users;
  • no-shows, refusals, misunderstandings, or false statements;
  • damage, disputes, or consequences arising from interactions outside the platform.

If conduct that began on WeMet.club continues outside the platform in a harassing, threatening, fraudulent, or dangerous manner, the user may submit a report to Staff, who may assess whether measures should be taken against the account involved.

17. Club Profiles, Club pages, events, and professional users

Club Profiles are reserved for owners, managers, or persons authorized to manage pages relating to clubs, venues, events, facilities, or organizations compatible with the nature of WeMet.club.

Through the dedicated interface, Club Profiles can configure their Club page and publish events promoted by the Club, within the limits of the available features and platform rules.

Owners or managers of Club Profiles represent and warrant the accuracy, truthfulness, and lawfulness of the information provided and published, including by way of example:

  • name, description, location, images, and data of the Club page;
  • any dates, times, schedules, participation conditions, and event descriptions;
  • any prices, costs, access requirements, or restrictions, where indicated;
  • compliance with applicable laws, authorizations, licenses, and permits that may be required;
  • participant safety and event management;
  • relationships with users who contact the Club or attend events.

WeMet.club is not responsible for events, parties, clubs, venues, or activities organized by third parties, unless expressly identified as official events directly organized by WeMet.club.

WeMet.club may remove events, pages, content, or promotions that are false, misleading, unauthorized, illegal, or contrary to the spirit of the community.

18. Feedback, reviews, and reputation

WeMet.club may provide feedback, review, rating, or reputation tools.

The user agrees to use such tools honestly, appropriately, and respectfully.

It is prohibited to use feedback or reviews to:

  • defame;
  • take revenge;
  • threaten;
  • obtain advantages;
  • advertise;
  • leave external contact details;
  • manipulate a profile's reputation;
  • artificially alter ratings through multiple accounts or arrangements with other users.

WeMet.club may remove, limit, or moderate feedback considered false, abusive, irrelevant, offensive, or contrary to the rules.

19. Reports and user cooperation

WeMet.club provides registered and authenticated users with dedicated internal functions for reporting profiles, pages, posts, comments, and other content or conduct considered contrary to platform rules or the law.

Persons who are not registered or authenticated may submit reports and complaints through the Contact page or through the email addresses indicated in these Terms.

Reports must be made in good faith, using the functions available on the platform or the support channels indicated by WeMet.club.

It is prohibited to use the reporting tool to:

  • defame;
  • harass;
  • unfairly harm other users, pages, or Clubs;
  • obtain personal advantages;
  • put pressure on Staff;
  • create false, repetitive, or instrumental reports.

WeMet.club will assess reports according to its internal procedures and may take measures proportionate to the seriousness of the violation.

Where a report concerns potentially unlawful content, the user must, where possible, provide sufficient information to identify the reported content, its location on the platform, and the reasons for the report.

20. Content moderation and monitoring of communications

WeMet.club applies moderation and monitoring procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with these Terms of Use, the Community Rules and the other rules of the platform, as well as preventing illegal, non-consensual, abusive or otherwise prohibited content, protecting users, and safeguarding the security and integrity of the platform.

All content intended for publication on WeMet.club, including posts, photographs, images, videos and other multimedia content uploaded by users, is subject to moderation by the WeMet.club Team.

Publication of multimedia content for which the platform requires profile verification is permitted exclusively to users who have successfully completed the verification procedure provided by WeMet.club.

Moderation is carried out through AI checks, manual checks by authorized personnel, user reports, technical tools, security systems, automated and anti-spam filters, where applicable, and additional internal procedures designed to identify content or conduct contrary to the platform rules.

Private messaging and chats between users are also subject to WeMet.club's security, monitoring and moderation procedures. Access to the content of private conversations by authorized personnel occurs where necessary to investigate reports, risk or abuse indicators, suspected violations of these Terms or the Community Rules, harassment, spam, scams, illegal or non-consensual content, risks to user safety, or to comply with legal obligations or requests from competent authorities.

Monitoring of private communications does not entail indiscriminate and continuous reading of all conversations. Access is limited to the purposes of security, moderation and protection of the community and to personnel specifically authorized to perform such activities.

Audio calls and video calls made through the platform are subject to these Terms of Use and the Community Rules. As real-time communications, they are not subject to the prior approval procedure provided for content intended for publication. Monitoring of these features is carried out through the reporting tools made available to users, the checks and technical data necessary for service security, and reviews performed by the Team in the presence of reports, anomalies or suspected violations.

Live streams are subject to WeMet.club's monitoring and moderation procedures during their use and may be reported by users. When a possible violation is detected or reported, the moderation Team carries out the necessary checks and, where necessary, adopts the measures provided for by these Terms and the Live Streaming Rules. The Live Streaming Rules form an integral part of these Terms of Use for use of the relevant feature.

Moderation decisions may result in:

  • removal of the content;
  • hiding or restriction of visibility;
  • a request for modification;
  • a warning to the user;
  • temporary restriction of features;
  • interruption or restriction of a live stream;
  • suspension of the account;
  • removal of verified status or the related badge;
  • revocation or restriction of PASS features where provided;
  • restriction, suspension, or removal of a Club page or event;
  • permanent closure of the account;
  • blocking of linked accounts;
  • reporting to the competent authorities.

WeMet.club is committed to applying its rules reasonably, proportionately, and consistently with the safety of the community. Repeated posting of material considered unsuitable or contrary to the rules may result in feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent account closure, also taking into account the seriousness and frequency of the violations.

21. Suspension, restriction, and closure of the account

WeMet.club may suspend, restrict, or close an account, including without prior notice, where:

  • the user violates these Terms of Use;
  • the user violates the Community Rules;
  • the account appears false, misleading, or unauthorized;
  • there are reasonable suspicions of spam, fraud, scams, or abuse;
  • the user publishes prohibited content;
  • the user harasses, threatens, or harms other users;
  • the user attempts to circumvent a previous block;
  • the user makes abusive or fraudulent payment disputes;
  • use of the service creates legal, technical, reputational, or security risks;
  • the law, an authority, or a protection requirement makes it necessary.

Suspension may be temporary or permanent, total or limited to certain features.

In the event of serious violations, WeMet.club may permanently close the account and prevent new registrations attributable to the same user.

22. Voluntary suspension and deletion of the account

The user may request suspension or deletion of their account using the features available on the platform or by contacting support.

Voluntary suspension, where available, allows the profile and associated content to be temporarily hidden, with the possibility of reactivation in accordance with platform procedures.

Deletion of the account results in deactivation of access and removal or anonymization of data as provided by the Privacy Policy, except for data that must be retained for legal or tax obligations, security, abuse prevention, disputes, or protection of rights.

Deletion of the account does not automatically result in a refund for digital services already used, activated, or renewed, except where mandatorily required by law and the applicable refund procedure.

23. WeMet.club intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, interfaces, software, code, databases, layouts, visual elements, features, and materials belonging to WeMet.club are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, decompile, extract, reuse, or exploit any part of the platform without written authorization from WeMet.club.

Use of the platform does not grant the user any ownership rights in trademarks, software, databases, interfaces, or content belonging to WeMet.club.

24. Privacy and protection of personal data

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the WeMet.club Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, the user acknowledges that certain data or content voluntarily entered may reveal particularly sensitive information relating to their personal, intimate, or sexual life.

The user must carefully consider the information they choose to publish or share and must respect the rights, privacy, and personal data of other persons.

WeMet.club encourages users not to publish personal data, images, or information that they do not wish to make visible to other users or that could compromise their privacy.

25. Cookies and tracking tools

The use of cookies and similar tools is governed by the WeMet.club Cookie Policy.

The user may manage their preferences in the manner indicated in the Cookie Policy and the cookie banner, where provided.

26. Service communications

WeMet.club may send the user communications relating to:

  • registration;
  • account security;
  • changes to the terms;
  • important notifications;
  • payments;
  • PASS subscriptions, renewals, expirations, deactivations, and refunds;
  • support;
  • moderation;
  • reports;
  • technical updates;
  • other communications necessary for operation of the service.

Service communications are not promotional in nature and may be sent even in the absence of marketing consent where necessary to manage the relationship with the user.

Promotional communications or newsletters will be sent in accordance with the Privacy Policy and only where the requirements of applicable law are met.

27. Service availability

WeMet.club is committed to keeping the platform available and functioning but does not guarantee that the service will always be accessible or free from errors, interruptions, slowdowns, or malfunctions.

The platform may be suspended, interrupted, or limited for:

  • technical maintenance;
  • updates;
  • security issues;
  • failures;
  • server operations;
  • force majeure events;
  • cyberattacks;
  • actions required by authorities;
  • organizational or commercial needs.

WeMet.club is not responsible for any losses, damage, or service disruptions arising from temporary interruptions, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence and within the mandatory limits provided by law.

28. Changes to the platform

WeMet.club may modify, update, replace, limit, or remove platform features at any time, including for technical, commercial, legal, security, or service-improvement reasons.

Changes may also affect free features or features included in the PASS, provided that mandatory consumer rights are not impaired.

In the event of substantial changes to paid services already purchased, WeMet.club will take reasonable measures to inform affected users.

29. Third-party services and links

WeMet.club may contain links, integrations, or references to third-party services, such as payment processors, anti-spam tools, analytics services, social networks, external websites, clubs, events, or other operators.

Third-party links found to direct, promote, or provide access to content contrary to the law, these Terms, the Community Rules, or the Prohibited Content Policy will be removed. WeMet.club may also remove or prevent publication of links to external services whose content, due to its nature or mode of operation, cannot reasonably be controlled or monitored by the platform, including, by way of example, external webcam sites or similar services with dynamic content not under WeMet.club's control.

WeMet.club may carry out checks on published links and take moderation measures in relation to the content, link, or account that disseminated it where violations are detected.

Without prejudice to the obligation to remove or restrict links in the cases described above, WeMet.club does not operate external websites and services and does not determine their contractual terms, privacy policies, cookie policies, security measures, or operating methods.

Users accessing external services must review the relevant applicable terms and notices.

30. Platform responsibility and limitations

WeMet.club assumes responsibility for the content present on the website and adopts moderation, reporting, restriction, and removal procedures designed to ensure compliance with these Terms, the Community Rules, and applicable law. The obligations and warranties required of users in relation to material they publish remain fully applicable and allow WeMet.club to take the measures provided for in the event of a violation.

Where content present on the platform is subject to investigations or requests by competent authorities, WeMet.club will cooperate with legitimately requesting authorities and, in the cases and within the limits provided by law, will make available to them the data and information in its possession useful for carrying out the relevant investigations.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, to the extent permitted by law, WeMet.club is not responsible for:

  • conduct of users online or offline;
  • meetings, events, or relationships organized privately;
  • lack of replies, refusals, blocks, or unwanted interactions;
  • loss of opportunities, reputation, data, or profits;
  • misuse of the platform by third parties;
  • unauthorized access resulting from the user's negligence;
  • technical disruptions, interruptions, or malfunctions not attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence;
  • third-party content, services, or activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes WeMet.club's liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

31. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WeMet.club, Celtum Web S.r.l., its directors, collaborators, suppliers, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, cost, liability, penalty, or expense arising from:

  • unlawful use of the platform;
  • violation of these Terms of Use;
  • violation of the Community Rules;
  • publication of unlawful or unauthorized content;
  • infringement of third-party rights;
  • improper use of another person's photos, data, images, or information;
  • conduct toward other users;
  • disputes, complaints, or proceedings caused by the user's conduct.

This clause applies to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32. Complaints, support, reports, unlawful content, and appeals

For support requests, complaints relating to the service, or account-related matters, users, creators, persons depicted in content, and other interested parties may use the channels indicated on the Contact page. Registered and authenticated users may also use the dedicated internal reporting functions available directly on the platform.

For any complaint, WeMet.club may be contacted at complaints@wemet.club. Persons who are not registered or authenticated may use the Contact page or write directly to that address.

If illegal or non-consensual content is reported, such content will be removed within 24 hours. All other complaints will be reviewed and handled in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim, wherever possible, of reaching a satisfactory resolution for the complainant within five (5) days. The outcome will then be communicated to the complainant.

Reports and complaints should, where possible, contain sufficient information to identify the content, profile, page, post, comment, or conduct concerned, as well as the reasons for the report or complaint. WeMet.club may request additional information in order to carry out the necessary checks.

Any appeals or requests relating to a decision made must be submitted to appeals@wemet.club.

If a person is depicted in content and wishes to request its removal, they may contact WeMet.club by email at appeals@wemet.club. Requests relating to illegal or non-consensual content will be handled according to the complaint procedure described above and such content will be removed within 24 hours.

In the event of a dispute relating to any other removal request or appeal, the matter may be submitted to a neutral third party, with any related costs borne by Celtum Web S.r.l., as the entity operating WeMet.club.

For privacy-related matters, the contact address is: privacy@celtumweb.com.

33. Changes to the Terms of Use

WeMet.club may amend these Terms of Use to reflect legal, technical, commercial, organizational, or service-related changes.

In the event of significant changes, WeMet.club may inform users by notice on the platform, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of the platform after publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If the user does not accept the changes, they must stop using the platform and may, if they wish, request closure of the account.

34. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence or domicile.

For consumer users, the mandatory competent court provided by applicable law remains unaffected, including, where applicable, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.

For users acting for professional, commercial, or business purposes, including owners, managers, or persons authorized to manage Club Profiles, Club pages, or events, any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

WeMet.club retains the right to bring proceedings before the competent authorities of the place where a violation, abuse, unlawful act, or damage occurred where permitted by applicable law.

35. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Failure by WeMet.club to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

The user may not assign or transfer their account or the rights arising from these Terms without written authorization from WeMet.club.

WeMet.club may transfer, assign, or reorganize the service, website, platform, or contractual relationships as part of corporate, technical, commercial, or organizational operations, in compliance with applicable law.
