Prohibited Content Policy

1. General principle

WeMet.club is a community reserved exclusively for adults.

All content present on the platform is subject to WeMet.club's moderation procedures.

WeMet.club may remove, hide, or limit the visibility of any content considered contrary to the law, the Terms of Use, the Community Rules, this Policy, or the platform's safety standards.

Repeated publication of prohibited or unsuitable material may result in restrictions on features, suspension, or permanent account closure.

2. Minors and persons who appear to be minors

Any content that involves, depicts, describes, sexually evokes, or may reasonably appear to involve a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

The prohibition also applies when the person depicted appears to be or is presented as a minor, regardless of their actual age.

Content, descriptions, titles, hashtags, text, or depictions that sexualize minors or persons who appear to be minors are not permitted.

If the term “teen” or an equivalent expression is used in relation to adult content, it must be stated clearly and unequivocally that the persons depicted are 18 or 19 years old. WeMet.club may nevertheless limit or remove such content if it may create ambiguity regarding the age of the persons depicted.

3. Non-consensual content

Any content that depicts, describes, promotes, or suggests forced or non-consensual sexual activity is prohibited.

The prohibition includes, by way of example:

• rape, coercion, compulsion, or use of force;
• oral, anal, or vaginal penetration carried out without consent;
• non-consensual use of sexual organs, fingers, objects, sex toys, or other instruments;
• sexual activity involving persons who are asleep, unconscious, fainted, or otherwise unaware;
• sexual activity involving persons who are drugged, sedated, narcotized, or under the influence of substances capable of impairing their decision-making ability;
• sexual activity involving persons who are heavily intoxicated or drunk;
• depictions in which words, actions, conditions, or context reasonably indicate a lack of consent.

A person who is asleep, unconscious, or whose ability to understand and give informed consent is impaired by alcohol, drugs, or other substances cannot be considered consenting for the purposes of this Policy.

4. People appearing in the background

Content intended for publication on WeMet.club must not include non-consenting third parties, even in the background or at a great distance.

Blurring, obscuring, or making a person less recognizable is not sufficient where that person has not authorized their presence in the content.

Anyone publishing images or videos must therefore ensure that all visible persons have authorized their presence in the material.

WeMet.club may remove content in which persons are present for whom consent to appear cannot reasonably be considered assured.

5. Bestiality, animals, and non-human creatures

Content that depicts, describes, promotes, or evokes sexual activity with the following is prohibited:

• animals;
• pets;
• non-human creatures;
• mythological creatures;
• monsters;
• aliens;
• other entities represented as non-human.

Pets must also not be included in sexually explicit content or in contexts in which their presence may take on a sexual connotation.

6. Violence, injuries, and mutilation

Content that depicts, describes, or promotes the following is prohibited:

• hate crimes;
• serious personal injuries;
• mutilation of persons or body parts;
• extreme violence;
• extreme sexual violence;
• torture;
• extreme physical suffering;
• pain depicted as an element of violence or abuse.

Violent, threatening, intimidating, degrading content, or content contrary to the dignity and safety of persons, remains prohibited in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Community Rules.

7. Blood

The publication or description of sexual or explicit content involving blood is not permitted.

The prohibition also includes the depiction or mention of menstrual blood or menstruation in sexual or fetish content.

8. Scat

Any sexual or fetish-related depiction, description, promotion, or mention of feces, defecation, or scatological practices (“scat”) is prohibited.

The prohibition applies to both visual and textual content.

9. Alcohol and illegal substances

The following are not permitted in content published on the platform:

• alcoholic beverages;
• containers, bottles, glasses, or other representations that may reasonably appear to refer to alcoholic beverages;
• drugs or illegal substances;
• consumption, promotion, or depiction of the use of illegal substances.

If there is any doubt regarding the nature of a beverage or substance depicted, WeMet.club may remove the content in order to ensure compliance with this Policy.

10. Hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content

Content that promotes or depicts the following is prohibited:

• hatred or discrimination;
• racism;
• homophobia;
• transphobia;
• sexism;
• persecution;
• threats;
• harassment;
• abuse;
• exploitation of persons;
• violence based on the identity or personal characteristics of a person or group.

11. Trafficking, exploitation, and prostitution

It is prohibited to use WeMet.club to publish, promote, facilitate, or organize:

• human trafficking;
• sex trafficking;
• slavery or servitude;
• forced labor;
• sexual exploitation;
• abuse;
• prostitution;
• escort services;
• paid sexual services;
• any other form of exploitation of a person.

These matters are also governed by the WeMet.club Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement, which forms an integral part of the platform rules.

12. Links to external content

It is prohibited to use links, URLs, codes, references, or other tools to circumvent this Policy and direct users to content that would not be permitted on WeMet.club.

Third-party links found to lead to, promote, or provide access to prohibited content will be removed.

WeMet.club may also remove links to external sites or services whose content, due to its nature or mode of operation, cannot reasonably be controlled or monitored by the platform, including external services with dynamic content such as camsites or similar services.

13. Reporting content

Registered and authenticated users may use the dedicated reporting functions available within WeMet.club to report profiles, posts, images, videos, pages, comments, or other content.

Anyone who does not have an account or is not authenticated may submit a report through WeMet.club's Contact page.

Complaints may also be sent to:

Where possible, the report should contain sufficient information to identify the content concerned and explain the reasons for the report.

If illegal or non-consensual content is reported, such content will be removed within 24 hours.

14. Measures

Violation of this Policy may result, depending on the seriousness and repetition of the conduct, in:

• removal of the content;
• hiding or limiting its visibility;
• a request for modification;
• a warning;
• restriction of account features;
• temporary suspension;
• permanent account closure;
• blocking of related accounts;
• reporting to the competent authorities where required by law.

Where potentially unlawful content is involved, WeMet.club will cooperate with the competent authorities and, in the cases and within the limits provided by law, will make available to legitimately requesting authorities the information and data in its possession necessary for the relevant investigative activities.

15. Relationship with the other WeMet.club rules

This Policy must be read together with the Terms of Use, the Community Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement.

The categories set out in this Policy should not be considered exhaustive. WeMet.club may also remove content not expressly listed where it is unlawful, dangerous, abusive, non-consensual, or incompatible with the platform's rules and safety standards.
