WeMet.club Community Rules

1. Respect, good manners and consent

WeMet.club is a community for adults, but this does not mean that everything is allowed. Every user must behave with respect, courtesy and common sense toward other members of the platform.

The following are prohibited:

• offensive, aggressive or threatening behavior;
• insults, provocations, humiliation or discriminatory language;
• persistent pressure after a refusal or lack of response;
• harassment, stalking, blackmail or intimidation attempts;
• vulgar, intrusive or unsolicited messages sent repeatedly;
• any behavior that may make other users feel uncomfortable.

Consent is the foundation of every interaction. A refusal, silence or lack of response must always be respected.

2. Real profiles and truthful information

Each profile must correctly represent the person, couple, club or entity using it. It is forbidden to create fake, misleading or untruthful profiles.

In particular, it is not allowed to:

• use photos that are not your own;
• use images of third parties without authorization;
• pretend to be another person;
• declare an age, gender, relationship status or characteristics that do not match reality;
• create a couple profile when one of the partners is not aware of it or has not given consent;
• use a couple profile to habitually present yourself as a single person;
• manage multiple personal accounts without Staff authorization.

Incomplete, suspicious, inconsistent profiles or profiles that do not fit the spirit of the community may be limited, suspended or removed.

3. Profile photos, cover images and public images

Images published on WeMet.club must be your own, authorized and compliant with the community rules.

Sensual, sexy, artistic, provocative, nude or erotic images are allowed, provided they are respectful, legal, non-violent and do not harm the dignity of the people portrayed.

It is strictly forbidden to use as a profile picture or cover image photographs consisting exclusively or mainly of genitals, such as penises, vaginas or explicit close-ups of reproductive organs.

Erotic, sensual or nude images are therefore allowed, but images whose only explicit subject is the genitals are not allowed.

The Staff may remove without notice profile pictures, cover images or public content considered excessively explicit, vulgar, decontextualized, unsuitable for public display or contrary to the image of the community.

4. Prohibited content

Illegal, violent, non-consensual content or content contrary to user safety is not allowed on WeMet.club.

The following are always prohibited:

• content involving or appearing to involve minors;
• non-consensual content or content published without authorization;
• photos, videos or screenshots of other people without consent;
• violent, humiliating, intimidating or degrading content;
• content depicting violence against people or animals;
• racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or discriminatory content;
• content promoting illegal activities;
• content created to defame, ridicule or target other users.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of the content, account suspension and, in the most serious cases, reporting to the competent authorities.

5. No commodification or unauthorized financial requests

WeMet.club is a community for meeting, getting to know and socializing with consenting adults. It is not a platform for prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services or private financial requests.

Requests or offers of money, gifts, expense reimbursements, compensation or economic benefits are prohibited in exchange for:

• meetings;
• sexual services;
• private photos or videos;
• personal favors;
• access to external contacts;
• participation in unauthorized events;
• any sexual or relational activity.

Any tools, services, events, clubs or promotions authorized by WeMet.club must use only the official methods provided by the platform.

Any form of unauthorized commodification may lead to the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

6. Promotion of events, clubs, parties or external services

The promotion of events, evenings, private parties, venues, clubs, Telegram groups, social pages, external websites or commercial services is allowed only if authorized by WeMet.club or if carried out through the official tools provided by the platform.

It is forbidden to use personal profiles, posts, comments, public messages or community areas for unauthorized advertising.

Club profiles, event organizers and authorized operators must comply with the specific rules provided for their category.

The Staff may remove unauthorized promotional content and suspend accounts used for spam, hidden advertising or improper promotion.

7. Phone numbers, emails, social media and external contacts

To protect users’ privacy and reduce spam, scams and inappropriate behavior, it is not allowed to publish in public areas of the website:

• phone numbers;
• email addresses;
• Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or other social usernames;
• unauthorized external links;
• QR codes;
• direct references to external platforms;
• public invitations to immediately move the conversation outside WeMet.club.

The exchange of private contacts, when allowed by the platform features, takes place under the responsibility of the users.

WeMet.club always recommends caution before sharing personal data, contact details or sensitive information.

8. Private messages, conversations and user privacy

Private conversations must remain private.

It is forbidden to publish, share or disclose:

• chat screenshots;
• private messages received from other users;
• photos received privately;
• personal data;
• names, contact details or identifying information of other users;
• private content taken from the platform.

It is also forbidden to use private conversations to threaten, blackmail, offend, defame or pressure other members of the community.

In case of a report, the Staff may review the content necessary for moderation, in compliance with the platform rules and applicable law.

9. Feedback, reviews and reports

Feedback and any reviews must be used correctly, honestly and appropriately.

Feedback may not be used to:

• insult other users;
• take revenge after a refusal;
• defame;
• leave contact messages;
• advertise;
• artificially alter a profile’s reputation;
• favor or harm someone through agreements, secondary profiles or false reports.

Reports to the Staff must be made in good faith. Reporting other users solely to harm, intimidate or discredit them may result in action against the reporting user.

10. Verified users

Profile verification helps increase the level of trust within the community, but it does not represent an absolute guarantee of the user’s future behavior.

A verified user must follow the same rules as all other members. Verification does not grant disciplinary privileges, immunity or special treatment in case of rule violations.

WeMet.club may remove verified status if behavior inconsistent with the community rules emerges.

11. Users with a PASS subscription

The PASS subscription offers additional features and advantages when using the platform, but it does not grant any form of immunity.

Users with PASS are required to fully comply with the Community Rules.

In case of violation, even an account with PASS may be limited, suspended or closed.

Suspension or closure of the account for violation of the rules does not automatically entitle the user to refunds, except as may be provided by the Terms of Service or applicable law.

12. Community safety and moderation

The WeMet.club Staff may intervene to protect the community, prevent abuse and ensure a safe environment.

Depending on the severity of the violation, WeMet.club may take one or more of the following actions:

• removal of the content;
• request to modify the profile;
• temporary limitation of certain features;
• temporary suspension of the account;
• removal of verification;
• permanent closure of the account;
• blocking of new linked accounts;
• reporting to the competent authorities in the most serious cases.

Staff decisions are made in the interest of community safety and may be based on public content, reports, repeated behavior, technical data and internal checks.

13. Multiple accounts, evasion of blocks and linked profiles

It is forbidden to create multiple accounts to bypass suspensions, blocks, limitations, negative reviews or Staff actions.

It is forbidden to use accounts belonging to friends, partners or third parties to contact users who have blocked or refused an interaction.

Accounts created to evade a measure may be closed without notice.

14. Clubs, events and professional profiles

Club profiles, venues, event organizers and entities using WeMet.club for promotional purposes must keep information accurate, updated and transparent.

The following must be clearly indicated:

• name or identity of the club/event;
• location;
• any participation requirements;
• any costs or access methods, if provided and authorized;
• specific rules of the event or venue.

Misleading promotions, fake events, unauthorized advertisements or communications that may mislead users are prohibited.

15. Behavior outside the platform

WeMet.club cannot control what happens outside the website, but it may intervene when external behavior originates from the platform or harms the safety of the community.

The Staff may evaluate reports concerning:

• harassment started on WeMet.club and continued elsewhere;
• external dissemination of private content;
• improper use of photos or information collected on the platform;
• threats, blackmail or dangerous behavior;
• scams or attempts at financial exploitation.

Users are encouraged to promptly report any suspicious or dangerous behavior.

16. Common sense rule

Common sense is an integral part of these rules.

Before publishing content, sending a message or interacting with another user, always ask yourself whether that behavior would be respectful, fair and welcome to you as well.

WeMet.club is a free, adult and open-minded space, but freedom works only when it is accompanied by respect, consent, discretion and responsibility.

Those who do not respect these principles are not suitable for the community.

17. Updates to the rules

WeMet.club may update these Community Rules to improve safety, user experience quality and user protection.

Users are encouraged to review them periodically.

Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated rules.
