WeMet Live Streaming Rules

Live streams are a space designed to encourage meeting, dialogue, social interaction and sharing within the WeMet community.

To ensure a safe, respectful and pleasant environment for everyone, every user who starts, joins or comments on a live stream must comply with the following rules.

1. Mutual respect

During live streams, users must maintain polite and respectful behavior toward streamers, viewers and other members of the community.

Insults, provocations, threats, harassment, offensive language, discrimination, persistent pressure or behavior intended to make other people uncomfortable are not allowed.

2. Prohibited content

It is not permitted to broadcast, show, promote or encourage illegal, violent, discriminatory, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates the platform’s rules.

It is also forbidden to share personal data belonging to oneself or to third parties, such as phone numbers, addresses, documents, bank details, private profiles or other sensitive information.

3. Prohibition of financial requests, gifts or favors in exchange for actions during the live stream

WeMet does not allow any form of request, proposal, negotiation or financial solicitation connected to live streams.

In particular, during a live stream it is strictly forbidden to:

1. ask for money, top-ups, gifts, vouchers, presents, payments, credits, compensation or benefits of any kind;
2. offer money, gifts or advantages to the streamer in exchange for actions, behavior, content, attention or specific requests during the live stream;
3. suggest, even indirectly, that a specific action will be performed only in exchange for a payment, gift or other benefit;
4. invite users to continue the conversation on external channels for financial, commercial or paid private exchange purposes;
5. share links, contacts, payment methods, wishlists, IBANs, PayPal, Postepay, cryptocurrencies or other tools intended to receive money or gifts outside the platform.

This rule applies both to those broadcasting the live stream and to those watching or participating through comments.

The streamer must not request, suggest or accept compensation, gifts or advantages in exchange for behavior during the live stream.

Likewise, viewers must not propose, offer or solicit actions in exchange for money, gifts or benefits of any kind.

Violation of this rule is considered particularly serious.

4. No pressure or persistent behavior

It is not permitted to insist with repeated requests, put pressure on the streamer or other users, or try to influence a person’s behavior during the live stream.

Every participant must feel free to interact within the limits of mutual respect, without pressure, blackmail, provocation or financial expectations.

5. Moderation and checks

WeMet reserves the right to monitor, interrupt, limit or remove a live stream if behavior contrary to these rules or to the platform’s Terms of Use is detected.

The community may also report content, comments or behavior considered inappropriate.

Reports will be reviewed by the moderation team.

6. Consequences in case of violation

In case of violation of these rules, WeMet may take immediate action, including:

1. interruption of the live stream;
2. removal of content;
3. temporary limitation of account features;
4. suspension of the account;
5. permanent ban from the community.

Violations relating to financial requests, proposals or exchanges during live streams may result in the permanent ban of the account, even without prior notice.

WeMet applies this rule with particular attention, as its purpose is to protect the community, prevent ambiguous or opportunistic behavior and keep live streams a safe, free and respectful space.

7. Acceptance of the rules

By starting, watching or participating in a live stream on WeMet, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these rules.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in measures being taken against the account, according to the seriousness of the violation.
