Rules for publishing videos on WeMet.club

Publishing videos on WeMet.club is a feature designed to allow authorised users and clubs to share authentic content that is consistent with their presence on the platform and respectful of the community rules.

WeMet.club allows the publication of video content of a sensual, erotic or sexual nature within the limits set out in these rules. The platform does not prohibit the expression of adult, free and consensual sexuality, but it does not allow unauthorised, inauthentic content, content that violates privacy, content that is contrary to the law or content that is not consistent with the type of profile publishing it.

By publishing a video, the user or club uploading it assumes full responsibility for the content.

1. Who can publish videos

The video upload feature is reserved exclusively for verified users and clubs on WeMet.club.

Unverified users cannot upload videos.

This limitation is intended to protect the community, reduce the risk of fake or unauthorised content and ensure a higher level of responsibility from those who publish video material.

2. Responsibility of the publisher

Anyone who publishes a video on WeMet.club declares, under their own responsibility, that they have the full right to publish the content.

In particular, anyone uploading a video declares that:

1. the video is authentic and does not come from unauthorised external sources;


2. the video was created directly by the person publishing it or was received with express authorisation for publication;


3. all persons who may appear in the video are adults;


4. all recognisable persons in the video have consented to the recording and publication on WeMet.club;


5. the video does not violate image rights, privacy, confidentiality or any other rights of third parties;


6. the video has not been published for revenge, blackmail, pressure, humiliation, threat or harm to other people;


7. the video does not contain material that has been stolen, downloaded from other websites, received in private chats, taken from personal archives or otherwise obtained without authorisation.

WeMet.club provides a technical space for publication and moderation, but it cannot replace the user or club in the prior verification of rights, authorisations and consent from the people recorded.

3. Videos published by verified users

Verified users may publish personal videos, including videos of an erotic or sexual nature, provided that the content is attributable to the profile publishing it and complies with these rules.

The video must be authentic, created knowingly and published with the consent of all persons who may be involved.

In videos published by verified users, a visible reference to WeMet.club and to the profile publishing the content must appear in the first seconds of the video.

The reference must be shown directly in the original recording, for example by using a sheet of paper, a sign or another physical support clearly displaying:

1. WeMet.club;


2. the nickname of the profile publishing the video.

The sheet of paper, sign or physical support must be visible and readable for a few seconds at the beginning of the video.

Texts, writings, watermarks, graphics or elements added digitally during editing, modification or post-production are not valid.

This rule is mandatory for verified users and is intended to confirm the authenticity of the video, reduce the risk of stolen, copied or downloaded content from other websites, or content published without authorisation.

Videos that do not comply with this rule may be rejected, removed or subjected to further checks by the WeMet.club team.

4. Videos published by clubs

Clubs may publish videos only if they are related to the club, the location, evenings, events, initiatives and activities connected to their club page.

The rule requiring an initial reference to WeMet.club and to the nickname does not apply to clubs, since clubs may publish only videos related to their own location, evenings, events, premises and activities connected to the club page.

For example, the following are allowed:

• videos of the location;


• presentations of the club premises;


• videos of rooms, common areas, bar area, dance floor, privé areas, relaxation areas or other spaces within the venue;


• promotional videos for events or evenings;


• content relating to the atmosphere of the club;


• set-ups, announcements, presentations or initiatives connected to the club;


• sensual or erotic content consistent with the identity and activity of the club.

Clubs may not use the video feature to publish personal content, private videos of users, videos of sexual games between people or material that is not directly connected to the club.

Clubs are allowed to publish videos with erotic, sensual or transgressive relevance, provided that the content is connected to the location, evening, event or activity of the club.

Clubs are not allowed to publish videos showing people engaged in explicit sexual acts.

Club videos must not become pornographic content, nor show sexual intercourse, explicit sexual practices or private situations between participants.

5. Consent of the people recorded

If recognisable people appear in the video, the person publishing the content must have obtained their consent to the recording and publication on WeMet.club.

This applies both to verified users and to clubs.

In the case of clubs, particular attention must be paid to videos recorded during events, evenings or inside the location. If customers, guests, participants or other recognisable people appear in the video, the club declares that it has obtained the necessary authorisations for publication.

In the absence of consent, faces and identifying elements must be blurred or made unrecognisable before publication.

The person publishing the video must be able to prove, if requested, that they have the consent of the people recorded for publication of the content on WeMet.club.

6. Allowed content

Video content is allowed if it is consistent with the nature of the platform and with the type of profile publishing it.

For verified users, personal, sensual, erotic or sexual content is allowed, provided that it is created between consenting adults and respects privacy, the law and these rules.

For clubs, sensual, erotic, promotional or descriptive content is allowed, provided that it is connected to the club, the location, events or club activities and does not show explicit sexual acts between people.

In all cases, the content must be authentic, lawful, consensual and must not harm the dignity, privacy or rights of other people.

7. Prohibited content

It is not permitted to publish videos that contain, show, promote or imply:

1. minors or people who appear to be minors;


2. non-consensual sexual or erotic content;


3. videos created or shared without the consent of the people recorded;


4. recordings made secretly;


5. material that has been stolen, downloaded from other websites, copied from external platforms or received privately without authorisation;

12. content recorded in public or private places where non-consenting people are recognisable;

14. copyrighted material or material belonging to third parties without authorisation;


15. content that promotes illegal activities, exploitation, coercion or conduct contrary to the law.

WeMet.club reserves the right to remove any content deemed non-compliant, even if it is not expressly listed above.

8. Minimum video quality

WeMet.club does not require professional content, but videos must have a minimum level of quality sufficient to be understood and viewed by other users.

The video must be visible, understandable and consistent with the declared content.

Videos may be rejected or removed if they are completely dark, extremely confusing, devoid of real content, uploaded repeatedly, irrelevant or of such low quality that they compromise the user experience.

The platform may also remove videos uploaded for spam, improper promotion, disturbance or incorrect use of the video feature.

9. Authenticity and origin of the content

The video must be consistent with the profile or club publishing it.

For verified users, it must be clear that the video belongs to the profile uploading it or that the profile has the necessary authorisations for publication.

For clubs, the relevance of the video to the club, location, evening, event or activity represented must be clear.

WeMet.club may reject or remove videos that appear to be inauthentic, inconsistent with the profile, unrelated to the club or of doubtful origin.

In case of doubt about the authenticity, origin or authorisation to publish a video, WeMet.club may request clarifications, documentation, new verification or further elements useful for assessment.

10. Privacy and protection of third parties

Before publishing a video, the user or club must check that there are no elements that may identify non-consenting people or reveal private information.

Particular attention must be paid to:

1. faces of uninvolved people;


2. recognisable voices;


3. tattoos, documents, licence plates or identifying elements;


4. recognisable private environments;


5. chats, notifications, usernames, phone numbers or other personal data;


6. people appearing in the background;


7. images or references to unauthorised third parties.

The responsibility for prior verification always remains with the person publishing the video.

11. Content moderation

WeMet.club may subject videos to manual, automatic or mixed checks, before or after publication.

The platform reserves the right to:

1. approve or reject a video;


2. temporarily suspend publication;


3. remove an already published video;


4. request changes, clarifications or further checks;


5. limit or disable the video feature for a profile or club;


6. take measures against the responsible account.

The approval or continued online availability of a video does not constitute a definitive guarantee of compliance. WeMet.club may intervene later, especially in the event of reports, further checks or doubts about the legitimacy of the content.

12. Reports

Users may report videos deemed non-compliant with these rules, harmful to privacy, unauthorised, offensive or contrary to the platform rules.

Reports will be assessed by the WeMet.club team, which may take the measures deemed most appropriate based on the seriousness of the situation.

In the presence of particularly serious content, WeMet.club may remove the video preventively, pending the necessary checks.

13. Violations and measures

Violation of these rules may result in one or more of the following measures:

1. removal of the video;


2. refusal of publication;


3. refusal or removal of the video in the absence of the mandatory initial reference for verified users;


4. temporary limitation of the video feature;


5. permanent disabling of the video feature;


6. account suspension;


7. account closure;


8. removal of verified profile status;


9. removal or limitation of the club page;


10. further measures provided for by the general rules of WeMet.club.

In the most serious cases, WeMet.club may take immediate measures to protect the platform, users and the people involved.

14. Final common-sense rule

The video feature is a space for freedom, authenticity and sharing, but it requires responsibility.

Before publishing a video, every user and every club must ask themselves whether the content is authorised, respectful, authentic, consistent and safe for all people involved.

WeMet.club promotes an adult, aware and respectful community. The publication of video content must always take place in respect of personal freedom, privacy, consent and the dignity of every person.
