WeMet.club Community Guidelines

WeMet.club is an adults-only community designed for couples, singles, clubs and open-minded people who want to meet, socialize and enjoy their freedom in a discreet, safe and respectful environment.

By joining WeMet.club and using the services offered by the platform, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, as well as the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

These guidelines are intended to protect all users from fake profiles, inappropriate behavior, harassment, spam, unauthorized financial requests, prohibited content and any improper use of the platform.

WeMet.club reserves the right to moderate, restrict, suspend or remove any content or account that violates these guidelines or is deemed inconsistent with the spirit of the community.

1. Respect, courtesy and consent

WeMet.club is an adult community, but this does not mean that anything is allowed. Every user must behave respectfully, politely and sensibly towards other members of the platform.

The following are prohibited:

• offensive, aggressive or threatening behavior;


• insults, provocation, humiliation or discriminatory language;


• persistent pressure after a refusal or lack of response;


• harassment, stalking, blackmail or intimidation attempts;


• repeatedly sending vulgar, intrusive or unsolicited messages;


• any behavior that may make other users feel uncomfortable.

Consent is the foundation of every interaction. A refusal, silence or lack of response must always be respected.

2. Genuine profiles and truthful information

Every profile must accurately represent the person, couple, club or entity using it. Creating fake, misleading or deceptive profiles containing false information is prohibited.

In particular, users may not:

• use photos that do not belong to them;


• use images of third parties without authorization;


• impersonate another person;


• provide an age, gender, relationship status or other characteristics that do not reflect reality;


• create a couple profile when one of the partners is unaware of it or has not given consent;


• regularly use a couple profile while presenting themselves as a single person;


• manage multiple personal accounts without authorization from the Staff.

Incomplete, suspicious, inconsistent profiles or profiles that are contrary to the spirit of the community may be restricted, suspended or removed.

3. Profile photos, cover images and public images

Images published on WeMet.club must belong to the user, be authorized and comply with the Community Guidelines.

Sensual, sexy, artistic, provocative, nude or erotic images are permitted provided that they are respectful, legal, non-violent and do not undermine the dignity of the people depicted.

However, it is strictly prohibited to use as a profile picture or cover image photographs consisting exclusively or primarily of genitalia, such as penises, vaginas or explicit close-ups of reproductive organs.

Erotic, sensual or nude images are therefore permitted, but images whose sole explicit subject is genitalia are not.

The Staff may remove without prior notice profile pictures, cover images or public content considered excessively explicit, vulgar, out of context, unsuitable for public viewing or inconsistent with the image of the community.

4. Prohibited content

Illegal, violent, non-consensual content or content that compromises user safety is not permitted on WeMet.club.

The following are always prohibited:

• content involving or appearing to involve minors;


• non-consensual content or content published without authorization;


• photos, videos or screenshots of other people without their consent;


• violent, humiliating, intimidating or degrading content;


• content depicting violence against people or animals;


• racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or discriminatory content;


• content promoting illegal activities;


• content created to defame, ridicule or target other users.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate removal of the content, suspension of the account and, in the most serious cases, reporting to the competent authorities.

5. Prohibition of commercialization and unauthorized financial requests

WeMet.club is a community for meeting, getting to know and socializing with consenting adults. It is not a platform for prostitution, escort services, paid sexual services or private financial requests.

Requests or offers involving money, gifts, expense reimbursements, compensation or financial benefits in exchange for the following are prohibited:

• meetings;


• sexual services;


• private photos or videos;


• personal favors;


• access to external contact details;


• participation in unauthorized events;


• any activity of a sexual or relational nature.

Any tools, services, events, clubs or promotions authorized by WeMet.club must use exclusively the methods provided by the platform.

Any form of unauthorized commercialization may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account.

6. Promotion of events, clubs, parties or external services

The promotion of events, parties, private gatherings, venues, clubs, Telegram groups, social media pages, external websites or commercial services is permitted only if authorized by WeMet.club or carried out through the official tools provided by the platform.

Personal profiles, posts, comments, public messages or community areas may not be used for unauthorized advertising.

Club profiles, event organizers and authorized operators must comply with the specific rules applicable to their category.

The Staff may remove unauthorized promotional content and suspend accounts used for spam, covert advertising or improper promotion.

7. Phone numbers, email addresses, social media and external contacts

To protect users' privacy and reduce spam, scams and inappropriate behavior, the following may not be published in public areas of the website:

• phone numbers;


• email addresses;


• Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or other social media usernames;


• unauthorized external links;


• QR codes;


• direct references to external platforms;


• public invitations to immediately move the conversation outside WeMet.club.

The exchange of private contact details, where permitted by the platform's features, takes place under the users' own responsibility.

WeMet.club always recommends caution before sharing personal data, contact details or sensitive information.

8. Private messages, conversations and user privacy

Private conversations must remain private.

It is prohibited to publish, share or distribute:

• chat screenshots;


• private messages received from other users;


• photos received privately;


• personal data;


• names, contact details or identifying information of other users;


• private content extracted from the platform.

It is also prohibited to use private conversations to threaten, blackmail, insult, defame or pressure other members of the community.

In the event of a report, the Staff may review the content necessary for moderation, in compliance with the platform's rules and applicable law.

9. Feedback, reviews and reports

Feedback and any reviews must be used fairly, honestly and appropriately.

Feedback may not be used to:

• insult other users;


• retaliate after a refusal;


• defame;


• leave contact information;


• advertise;


• artificially manipulate a profile's reputation;


• favor or harm someone through agreements, secondary profiles or false reports.

Reports submitted to the Staff must be made in good faith. Reporting other users solely to harm, intimidate or discredit them may result in action being taken against the reporting user.

10. Verified users

Profile verification is intended to increase the level of trust within the community, but it does not constitute an absolute guarantee of a user's future behavior.

A verified user must comply with the same rules as all other members. Verification does not grant disciplinary privileges, immunity or special treatment in the event of a violation.

WeMet.club may remove verified status if behavior inconsistent with the Community Guidelines emerges.

11. Users with a PASS subscription

A PASS subscription provides additional features and benefits when using the platform, but does not grant any form of immunity.

Users with a PASS must fully comply with the Community Guidelines.

In the event of a violation, an account with a PASS may also be restricted, suspended or closed.

Suspension or closure of an account due to violation of the guidelines does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, except where otherwise provided by the Terms of Service or applicable law.

12. Community safety and moderation

The WeMet.club Staff may take action to protect the community, prevent abuse and ensure a safe environment.

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, WeMet.club may take one or more of the following measures:

• removal of content;


• request to modify the profile;


• temporary restriction of certain features;


• temporary suspension of the account;


• removal of verified status;


• permanent closure of the account;


• blocking of newly created related accounts;


• reporting to the competent authorities in the most serious cases.

Staff decisions are made in the interest of community safety and may be based on public content, reports, repeated behavior, technical data and internal reviews.

13. Multiple accounts, circumvention of blocks and related profiles

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, blocks, restrictions, negative reviews or Staff measures is prohibited.

It is prohibited to use accounts belonging to friends, partners or third parties to contact users who have blocked or refused an interaction.

Accounts created to circumvent a measure may be closed without prior notice.

14. Clubs, events and professional profiles

Club profiles, venues, event organizers and entities using WeMet.club for promotional purposes must maintain accurate, up-to-date and transparent information.

The following must be clearly indicated:

• name or identity of the club/event;


• location;


• any participation requirements;


• any costs or access conditions, where applicable and authorized;


• specific rules of the event or venue.

Misleading promotions, fake events, unauthorized advertisements or communications that may mislead users are prohibited.

15. Conduct outside the platform

WeMet.club cannot control what happens outside the website, but it may intervene when external conduct originates from the platform or harms the safety of the community.

The Staff may assess reports concerning:

• harassment that began on WeMet.club and continued elsewhere;


• external distribution of private content;


• improper use of photos or information obtained through the platform;


• threats, blackmail or dangerous behavior;


• scams or attempts to solicit money.

Users are encouraged to promptly report any suspicious or dangerous behavior.

16. Common sense rule

Common sense is an integral part of these guidelines.

Before publishing content, sending a message or interacting with another user, always ask yourself whether that behavior would be respectful, appropriate and acceptable if directed at you.

WeMet.club is a free, adult and open-minded space, but freedom works only when accompanied by respect, consent, discretion and responsibility.

Anyone who does not respect these principles is not suited to the community.

17. Updates to the guidelines

WeMet.club may update these Community Guidelines to improve safety, the quality of the experience and the protection of users.

Users are encouraged to review them periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
