Billing Issues
Verotel/CardBilling is the billing partner of WeMet.club. For questions regarding credit cards or bank statements, transactions, fraud, or unrecognized charges, please contact Verotel support via www.vtsup.com or by e-mail at livesupport@verotel.com.
Complaints
For any complaint, please contact us at complaints@wemet.club. If illegal or non-consensual content is reported, such content will be removed within 24 hours. All other complaints will be reviewed and handled in a fair and consistent manner, with the aim, whenever possible, of reaching a satisfactory resolution for the complainant within five (5) days. The outcome will then be communicated to the complainant. Any appeals or requests concerning a decision made should be submitted to appeals@wemet.club.
Appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal to have such content removed, please notify us by email at appeals@wemet.club. Requests concerning illegal or non-consensual content will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy and such content will be removed within 24 hours. If there is a disagreement regarding any other removal request or appeal, the dispute may be resolved by a neutral third party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.
